Megyn Kelly: Jane Doe's "Our Body, Our Choice" Texts Should Be The End Of The "Cornell 7" Case
https://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2026/10/10/megyn_kelly_jane_does_our_body_our_choice_texts_should_be_the_end_of_the_cornell_7_case.html

Megyn Kelly discusses the way the corporate media purposely avoided reporting certain Jane Doe texts that didn't exist, why these bombshell Jane Doe texts about our body, our choice should be the end of the story, and more.

MEGYN KELLY: Something very disturbing has emerged, which is that Jane Doe made additional comments that completely give up the game here. And what is disturbing, in addition to just reading them and understanding what she's putting these young men through, is that it appears to me the New York Times had these messages in its possession and chose not to publish them. Now it is possible that whoever gave them or showed them the texts that they've been printing only showed them part of the message that they printed, but I have a hard time believing that. I can believe they didn't get additional text messages that have now hit via TMZ, but I have a really hard time believing just half of an actual single text was sent to the New York Times, and they ran with it. I feel pretty certain that the New York Times editorial board would have said, or editor and standards would have said, we need to see the whole text. We don't know what we're dealing with here. We need to see the whole thing, and the whole text is very damning for Jane Doe. The beginning part of the text was damning for Jane Doe, but the whole text is even worse.

MK: It is the more full version of the text from Jane Doe to defendant number two, Jonathan Newell, dated October 21, 2024. The alleged assault happened October 19 into 20th. We knew from this text earlier that Jane Doe had said, "At the end of the day, none of the sexual stuff was illegal. And honestly, I really liked being with you and Matt." Okay, we knew that she had said that, but there's a lot more in this text, and I'll just start with the most compelling and damning. "I don't think we should feel any shame, our body, our choice, asf."... Her case is over. It's over. In addition to all the other texts that are out there, rumor going around that "I'm a slut." Unfortunately, it's true. Nothing illegal happened, which is in this particular text, as I pointed out. "I love you." We pointed this out that she said this to Matt, defendant number one. Well, guess what? She says it to this defendant too. This defendant, John Newell, that's in another text... It's in the bottom half of this same text... He writes to her and says, This is Jonathan: "Wanted to apologize for how things went down the other night. My memory's kind of fuzzy about a lot of it, but me and Matt both feel like shits for being too fucked up to shut it down and kick people out before it got way out of hand. You're an amazing person. I genuinely hope you're not catching as much heat from this as we are. We've been shutting down any stories we've heard, but again, I'm so so sorry." She responds on Monday, December 21st. "AW, Jonathan, I really appreciate this text. My memory's super clouded too. I think we were all way too fucking drunk and high." So okay, so here she is acknowledging that he too, and the boys too, men were way too drunk and high. Not just her, them too... [Jane Doe]: "At the end of the day, none of the sexual stuff was illegal. And honestly, I really liked being with you and Matt. So anything anyone has to say about the gang bang is out of their jurisdiction. I don't think we should feel any shame for the part. Our body, our choice, asf." She calls it a gangbang. She's trying to make him feel better about it. She's acknowledging that the guys were out of their mind, hammered, as she claims here was she... The message goes on again. None of this appeared in the New York Times...
