MELUGIN: So Mark, you got Paxton poking him a little bit there, and then you've got Talarico's campaign saying this isn't a big deal, he's going to be back out on the trail this weekend. Got about a minute left here. Give us your final thoughts.
PENN: Well, look, I think the campaign is going to resume. And I think, unfortunately for Paxton, he's going to say, here I am, and he's going to have a cheering crowd. So I think that'll be that. But still, when you're running a campaign like this, and as close as this campaign is, and the amount of money, I think, involved in this campaign to be out for two weeks, that is a setback. That is a loss of momentum. That is a problem for any campaign.
And I'll be surprised if he did better off the campaign trail in terms of the polling than he would have done had he been on the campaign trail, never seen anything quite like this.
