Opinions about bookmark apps

Hello group. I want to setup a service to help me keep links and media from online sources, with some categorization, keeping descriptions and notes, maybe keyword tagging. Maybe something Pinterest but self hosted. I did a quick search and I found Karakeep, Linkwarden and Pinry. Does anybody have any strong opinions or feedback for such an app?
