Link Sender Tool

Hi All,

What is a good link sending tool? I am using Tailscale across my devices but realized I don't have a good way to easily send links to my other device. I use karakeep but I am looking for something temporary like a google meet link or zoom link. So it's not a file and it's not something I need to save.

Any easy tools? Thanks!
