Will NVK ever become the default Nvidia driver?

I'm sure Nvidia would rather their users continue to download their official driver but I wonder if NVK will ever get to the point where it is genuinely usable on the same level as AMDGPU. I personally am rooting for NVK because, I believe the less out of tree modules required for the end user, the better. I hope the open source community is able to replace the official Nvidia driver with NVK! If there are any questions I am missing, feel free to add input.
