whos would wanna learn more about etymology together

i honestly can't say i know much about it but ive always found it interesting

knowing how languages formed and the history behind it even the meaning behind words that now have a completely different meaning or why they are used in the way they are right now fascinates me

still i don't know exactly how to learn more about etymology, i was introduced to it first in my school had to learn lots of roots of my language, and then by reels

and now im majoring in english and wondering how do people learn about them? and if i can get a partner in learning those stuff
