How to find satisfaction at the destination?

No. It’s not “that” kind of post. But I am wondering for those who have gone thru the grind to reach one’s desired career airline if you felt an emptiness or lack of satisfaction having achieved it (sometime after completing probation)?

Long story short, I reached my dream legacy well over a year ago that I had always wanted to be at from childhood, drive to work and pretty good seniority albeit for limited time thus

Has anyone else felt a “sense of accomplishment” turn to “so… now what?”.

To be clear- This is asking how to find fulfillment/ satisfaction having achieved one’s dream and how to find a new one while doing the grind at work?
