💎 What Creates the Value of QR Art? Part 4 — Social Value (Continued)
When I started building the QR Art community, I placed QR codes and links with a simple message:
“Looking for like-minded people.”
The QR code itself didn’t have much value.
But its value appeared the moment someone scanned it and joined the community.
Through a single QR code:
A designer can find an artist.
An artist can find a client.
A collector can connect with the creator of a work.
Someone who has never heard of QR Art before can become part of a new community.
The same thing happens when a QR code helps people connect with each other directly.
For example:
• QR Art leads to a person's profile
• QR Art leads to a community chat
• QR Art contains the owner's contact information
• QR Art allows someone to leave a message
• QR Art helps identify or find the creator of a work
In these cases, the value is not inside the QR code.
It exists between people.
Essentially, QR Art becomes a meeting point.
Sometimes one scan leads to a new connection.
Sometimes to a collaboration.
Sometimes to a friendship.
And sometimes, to the creation of an entire community.
Therefore, the social value of QR Art is its ability to create connections between people.
And the more meaningful connections emerge around a QR Art, the greater its real value becomes.
