Everyone has known for a long time that Metropolitan Filaret renounced his diocese long ago.
But here, in exchange for a “thank you” and the chance to become “one of them,” he is openly handing over the monastery building to be used as a rehabilitation center.
Sadovyi’s words—that not a single community of the Moscow Patriarchate remains in the Lviv region—have already been forgotten, as has the fact that the Lviv City Council passed a law banning the UOC in the city.
A nightmare.
