🔴 Systems Restored. People Destroyed: The Dark Side of Cybersecurity!

The incident is resolved, the systems are back online, the threat has been contained, the worst is over. These were intense hours, perhaps a night without sleep (or almost), a cascade of emergency decisions, people to coordinate, information flows to interpret.

This is where the "aftermath" begins. We need to reconstruct what happened, check that everything is in order, analyze procedures and errors, and note what needs to be corrected in the future.
