Telegram has a special account that can help you with login problems, https://twitter.com/smstelegram. This account is official. Don't be afraid to DM it the number you use for Telegram, they need this info to investigate issues.

I can't see formatted texts like bold, italic etc.

Why not add ghost mode feature to Plus Messenger?

❌ BAD NEWS
Plus Messenger does not provide ghost feature because it is forbidden by Telegram API Terms of Service:

"1.4. It is forbidden to interfere with the basic functionality of Telegram. This includes but is not limited to: […] preventing self-destructing content from disappearing, preventing last seen and online statuses from being displayed correctly, tampering with the ’read‘ statuses of messages (e.g. implementing a ’ghost mode'), preventing typing statuses from being sent/displayed, etc."

✅ GOOD NEWS
A workaround is implemented by Telegram developers. You can preview chats & read messages without marking them as read (double tick ✓✓) by following these steps : t.me/TelegramTips/349
Feel free to enable Allow more actions on preview mod to be able to perform additional actions in previewing chat.

How do I delete my account?

Only delete your account if you no longer want to use Telegram. You may not be able to sign up again immediately.

To delete your account, go to this page:
https://telegram.org/deactivate

• It is easier if you use a non-mobile browser.
• Open the link (not by in-app browser but in separated app!) and log in.
• Telegram will send the login code in a private message (not SMS).

See this guide for details:

How to convert my group to supergroup?

To convert a normal group to a supergroup, do any of the following:

• Make the group public.
• Change group chat history visibility.

• Import group chat from other app.

The group will also become supergroup automatically when its members reach 196.

When Telegram first introduced public chats in March 14, 2016, Iranians and some other countries were banned to join public chats. Telegram is the most popular IM in Iran so there are many spammers from Iran.

Recently Telegram removed this restriction. Iranian users can now join to public chats but In read_only mode,
Which means they can only read the messages of the group, but they can't send any messages.
Iranian users can create public chats with their Iranian numbers, join to the public chats which have Iranian owner and send messages there.

Please pay attention, This restriction is from Telegram only. The admins of the public chats have nothing to do with that and they can not solve this problem.
