There Is a Teacher in Every Profession

A teacher is not only someone who stands at the front of a classroom. In industry, this role is fulfilled every day by experienced professionals who pass on their knowledge, practical skills and professional values to younger colleagues.

The heroes of our videos are young professionals of PetroKazakhstan Oil Products LLP and their mentors. Working side by side at production facilities, they monitor technological processes, oversee the condition of equipment and work through real-life operational situations together. This is where theory becomes practice, and knowledge and experience are passed directly from one person to another.

For a young employee, a mentor is someone who helps them master their profession, understand the specifics of production and, most importantly, develop a responsible attitude towards their work.

On the Teachers’ Day, we would like to tell the stories of these remarkable people. After all, teachers and mentors are not found only in schools and universities. They are also here with us, working on the production floor.

Happy Teachers’ Day to everyone who shares their knowledge and experience and helps others grow into skilled professionals!
