PIP-41 is now LIVE for voting!

This proposal aims to restore the required $ZKP balances for Panther’s V1 Base deployment and the non-$ZKP balances required for testing and withdrawals. It also proposes starting Panther’s mainnet build & deployment on Ethereum and authorizing compliance DAO funding through DAO grants.
