Panther’s latest DAO proposal, PIP-42, has passed!

The DAO voted to launch the DAO-operated Zone on Base once all required transactions and scripts to transition ownership are confirmed complete, and voted to complete the ownership transition of specific smart contracts to the DAO. The DAO also voted for the compliance flow outlined in PIP-42.
