PIP-42 is now LIVE for voting!

This proposal formally launches the DAO-operated Zone on Base once all required transactions and scripts to transition ownership are confirmed as complete and executed, and completes the ownership transition of specific smart contracts to the DAO.

To support internal transfers safely, this proposal also confirms the compliance logic that maintains protection for users against bad actors while preserving user sovereignty over their own funds.
