PIP-38 is now LIVE for voting!

This proposal finalizes the wind-down of Panther’s Advanced Staking infrastructure by opening the Merkle-based claim window for eligible users on Polygon and authorizes the funding and activation of the frozen Vault claim mechanism, enabling eligible stakers to claim $ZKP and PNFT entitlements directly from the Vault.

Additionally, the proposal authorizes the creation and release of a temporary vesting allocation to cover the remaining $ZKP shortfall required to satisfy the previously promised 10% APY return for eligible advanced staking positions as well as $ZKP allocations for Panther´s mainnet ecosystem deployment activities, including privacy rewards, initial AMM liquidity, and the subsidy pool defined under PIP-26.
