Conservatives continue to place their hopes in judges, politicians, and elections, only to be disappointed when the system produces the same results. But what if the problem isn't one justice or one court? What if the deeper issue lies in the constitutional and philosophical foundations of the American system itself?
This article examines why recurring judicial disappointments are inevitable when a nation is built on assumptions that elevate autonomous individual rights over a distinctly Christian understanding of law, authority, and the common good.
If we only replace personalities without confronting first principles, nothing truly changes.
