Saint Ignatius of Antioch, the God-Bearer, was a disciple of Saint John the Theologian and one of the earliest martyrs of the Church. On his journey to martyrdom in Rome, he wrote powerful letters calling Christians to unity, courage, humility, and unwavering devotion to Christ.

His witness continues to inspire Orthodox Christians living in an age of compromise and spiritual confusion.
