"To him who was born of the womb of the barren woman, who then bore the coveted fruits of faith and served God with humility and obedience, we lift up words of praise to Saint Samuel the Prophet. And you, Holy Saint, the child promised to the Lord, who grew up like a blessed vine, nourished by the grapes of holy words, pray for us to God, for we cry out to you: Rejoice, Holy Prophet Samuel, interceding for us with God for the gift of the word and the power of prayer!" https://orthodoxreflections.com/akathist-to-saint-prophet-samuel/
