New release of FragalyseQt - 0.5.1
What#s this:
free (AGPLv3)and crossplatform (Linux, macOS, *BSD, Windows, x86, ARM, RISC-V - proven to work) soft for non-invasive capillary electrophoresis data analysis, capable f handling CE data inependently from machine they were obtained at (even extremely old and undocumented versions of ABIF are supported), corresct baseline, denoise signal, sizecall fragments, bin alleles, filter stutters and supports panel definitions from GeneMapper, GeneMarker and NCBI OSIRIS.
In this release:
-deb (*ubuntu, Debian, Linux Mint...) and rpm (RHEL, Rocky, Alma Linux, Fedora...) packages are built and shipped for installation simplicity
-transition to the more classical GUI
-background of plot and input areas now does not depends from system Qt themes
-user can add new size markers using simple GUI tool
-joint baseline correction and denoising algorithm is ported from pybaselines directly into FragalyseQt code, lowering number of dependencies needed for installation and functioning.
