Major U.S. television networks will return to covering events featuring Trump, The New York Times reports.

Earlier, the networks refused to cover events involving the U.S. president after the Trump administration barred CNN and MS NOW from access to the White House.

On Sunday, ABC, CBS, Fox News and NBC will return to their duties in the press pool. When it is CNN’s turn, against which Trump has declared a boycott, the media outlets will decide whether to provide a replacement crew.

❗️On September 18, Trump announced a ban on journalists from CNN, MS NOW and Politico visiting the White House. The president explained this by saying that the outlets allegedly publish "false" materials about him and his administration.
