European leaders are trying to interfere in the preparation for the meeting between Trump and Putin in Hungary, — Bloomberg

The article states that EU leaders fear the upcoming meeting between Trump and Putin could undermine their efforts to increase pressure on Russia.

According to sources, Putin's interference occurred just as Ukraine began to gain support from Trump. The Russian president aimed to buy time with his call to the US president and attempted to sabotage Zelensky's negotiations at the White House.

Bloomberg's sources believe that EU leaders need to find ways to counter Putin's influence on Trump and achieve participation in the summit by, for example, sending the President of Finland Stubbs to Hungary.
