🇵🇱: Poland is preparing in anticipation of further air alerts throughout the country.

- The Ilawski district, which is ~100 kilometers southwest of Kaliningrad, will test its sirens on the 30th of September.
- Information about how to respond to air attacks is being provided to civilians.
- Polish PM Donald Tusk warned that Russia's attacks against border areas between Poland and Ukraine are expected to become more frequent.

🚀: Kyiv was just attacked by over 10 missiles. A minimum of 2 patriot interceptors were launched. ~5 impacts were visible on public cameras. It seems that Russia utilized Iskander-M missiles from Bryansk during this attack. There were also other strikes on surrounding settlements near Kyiv. Power infrastructure appeared to be the target.

🇲🇩: According to the chairmen of Moldova's Parliament Security Committee, Moldova is preparing to install a 2nd radar system in response to recent drone incursions over its territory.

- According to the chairman, the new radar system is meant to improve Moldova's target detection at low to medium altitudes, a capability which was previously underdeveloped.
- The chairman reveals that Moldova already has existing anti-drone capabilities that are actively being expanded, but they haven't been used yet due to the threat of debris.

💥: According to both Russian and Ukrainian sources, a Russian Tu-95MS strategic bomber crashed in Amur Oblast (far eastern Russia) likely while redeploying from Ukrainka Airbase to Olenya Airbase.

- Russian authorities have begun investigating the circumstances that lead to the incident. Reportedly, 3 of the aircraft's engines failed during flight.
- 7 crew members did not survive the incident. The bomber may have also been carrying cruise missiles in preparation for the next large-scale attack against Ukraine.

💥: As was warned earlier, Kyiv has just been attacked by 6-10 missiles of different types.

- Patriot activity was detected but I have not verified any interceptions at this time.
- 4 Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic and 2 Onyx cruise missiles were used at minimum. All were launched from Kursk.
- The attack may not be over; Russia had accumulated ~20 missiles at launch locations.

🇵🇱: The Polish alert system once again panicked and released a warning for most of eastern Poland due to the presence of a Russian jet-drone in the Volyn region of Ukraine.

- The drone was either shot down or impacted around the Ukrainian settlement of Kirvertsi far from the Polish border less than 5 minutes after the alert was sent out.

🇵🇱: A Russian Geran-5 drone struck the "Yagodin" border crossing just 1 kilometer away from the Polish border.

- The drone reportedly impacted a Ukrainian border facility causing damage to a parking lot (video).
- Alerts were issued throughout eastern Poland, air-defenses were placed on alert, and jets were scrambled.
- Additional drones are currently flying west towards the Volyn region of western Ukraine and may trigger more alerts.

🇷🇴: Spanish F-18s and a Romanian IAR-330 helicopter were again scrambled in response to the detection of an unknown projectile over Tulcea County on the night of September 26th.

- At the time of the event, Russian drones were attacking the Ukrainian border city Kiliia.
- Romanian authorities allege that a drone entered Romania from Kiliia and continued flying south before vanishing from radars over an empty area.
- As I write this, another small drone attack is ongoing against the Odessa region of Ukraine.

- A warehouse of the logistics and transportation company "Zammler" was struck by a Russian drone in Kyiv (video).
- A "Nova Poshta" terminal and a tableware manufacturer facility were struck by Russian drones in Odessa (video 2).

⚠️: Ukrainian authorities and media outlets have indicated the possibility of a missile attack on Kyiv tonight.

- Russia has mainly been using Oniks-M and S-400 missiles to conserve Iskander-Ms during recent attacks. It's unclear whether this strategy will continue during the next attack, but what we do know is that Russia has a stockpile of Iskander-M missiles available for strikes on short notice.
- Large numbers of jet-drones have been continuously targeting Kyiv during the last few days in small waves. There is currently still a UAV threat for the Kyiv region.
