🇬🇧: The circumstances related to several security alerts at military bases in the UK have finally been clarified by local police.

- According to the Gloucestershire police force, the high level of alert at RAF Fairford was a result of a perceived threat from several individuals in the area.
- Arrests were reportedly made in the regard.
- The incident created panic on social media due to a large amount of military and police activity around several British bases, some of which host U.S. strategic aircraft that were involved in the Iran War.

🇷🇴: The Romanian Ministry of Defense says Spanish F-18s were scrambled in response to a drone threat near Tulcea County on the night of September 25th.

- The drone, which was detected by Ukraine as a Russian jet-drone, stayed on the Ukrainian side of the border and vanished over the border settlement of Vylkove.
- Russian drones have been continuously striking border areas around the Izmail district of Ukraine during the last few days.

⚠️: The threat of massive attacks against Odessa remains.

ℹ️: Just some simple thoughts about the Lyman direction:

You're not going to hear many frontline updates on this channel, but I feel the need to share my opinion on the situation around Lyman because of how much noise it's creating. A lot of people are forgetting that Ukraine is a nation at total war which has committed 100% of its manpower and resources to the conflict whilst also receiving large amounts of aid from western countries. Russia, on the other hand, hasn't fully mobilized, and some of its vehicles and units are tied up in places far from Ukraine. Russia is also attacking against a highly urban and fortified country. Despite these disadvantages, the Russian army continues routinely advancing and gaining land because its artillery and air superiority is inflicting heavy attrition against Ukrainian forces. In some regions, however, the heavy attrition still isn't enough to hold onto territory. One of these areas is the northern-Sloviansk and Lyman direction. Russia is struggling to consolidate in this area because it's low on manpower whereas Ukraine has moved some of its most elite and well equipped units there. The manpower shortage can also be seen east of the Oskil river and south of Kupiansk where almost no Russian advances have been made all year. For Ukraine, the counteroffensive exposed Russia's lack of consolidation (especially on the northern flank of Lyman) and delayed the northern-Sloviansk offensive. For Russia, perhaps the operation will encourage a new wave of mobilization to fill the gaps along the frontline. A positive for the Russian side is that the retreat towards the Zherebets River was orderly in contrast to the 2022 Kharkiv withdrawal.

🇪🇺: I'm starting a new series called "Panic in Europe" where I'll summarize recent events and articles from European countries in relation to growing tensions with Russia. While a lot of these can be described as war-mongering, it's still important to document how the situation develops.

🇵🇱: A Polish Starlink base 40 kilometers south of Warsaw erupted in flames on the 23rd of September. Polish prosecutors suspect that the fire may have been deliberate and caused by a Russian intelligence operation.
🇩🇰: Danish intelligence services told the media that Russia may be preparing limited attacks against one or more NATO countries. Denmark has also raised its cyber threat readiness level.
🇵🇱🇱🇹: Polish news network "TVP World" revealed in an article on the 25th of September that civilian evacuation procedures are being prepared at the Polish-Lithuanian border.
🇪🇸🇮🇹🇫🇷: An anonymous source close to the Lithuanian Ministry of Defense told Spanish newspaper "El Mundo" that Russia could be planning attacks on Spain, Italy, or France which may involve launching Gerbera drones from ships in the Mediterranean.

ℹ️: Russia seems to have started a systematic operation against Ukrainian data centers and internet providers.

- During the last few days and even hours, Geran jet-drones (mainly Geran-5s) have been striking business centers in Kyiv that have a relation to internet services and data management.
- The "Protasov Business Center," which houses companies including "Kolo tv" broadcasting, has been struck by Russia twice during the last week alone (image).
- A "Cosmonova" data center in Kyiv was heavily damaged by a drone strike today.
- A data provider named "MEGOGO" is experiencing television broadcasting outages after a Russian strike on its facilities.

💥: The Epicenter store in Proskot, Odessa, was struck by a Russian drone and continued burning into the night.

ℹ️: The "Protasov" business center was struck yet again by a Russian drone around an hour ago. Russia's current strategy of constantly launching drones in small numbers is creating a disaster in Kyiv.

ℹ️: I am resuming the series that summarizes Russian strikes on Ukrainian industry. Here is part 3. In the last few days, Russian drones have targeted the following Ukrainian infrastructure:

- A Russian Geran-5 strike on Kyiv damaged the "Incom" business center once again. The center, which specializes in AI and data processing, had already been hit previously in the roof. This time the strike was directly into the side of the building (image 1).
- The "Protasov" business center in Kyiv, which specializes in technology and internet access, was hit by a Russian drone.
- A logistics warehouse in Brovary that was being used by McDonalds was hit by a Russian drone.
- A Russian drone strike on Kyiv heavily damaged a warehouse that included logistics for the Japanese restaurant "Sushiya."
- An "Aznauri" wine factory was damaged by a Russian drone strike on the Odessa region.

ℹ️: Mykolaiv and Kherson were targeted by glide-bombs around an hour ago, but those were relatively routine strikes. As for Odessa, some Russian drones were conducting reconnaissance earlier. The airspace over Ukraine is almost completely clear of Russian drones. Only small launches have taken place in the last few hours.

ℹ: It also can't be ruled out that the Tu-22M3s mentioned earlier could participate in a combat sortie from Dyagilevo airfield in coordination with such an attack, though this scenario seems unlikely. Other than that, the current ballistic threat from Taganrog is related to Russian air-defense activity against Ukrainian drones attacking Krasnodar and Rostov.

⚠️: There is a threat of a massive drone and missile attack on Odessa and Mykolaiv during the next 24 hours. Russia may use a large number of Banderol cruise missiles, anti-ship missiles, glide-bombs, and Geran drones during the attack. A large number of drones were accumulated in Primorsko-Akhtarsk and other airfields for such strikes.

✈️: In the last 24 hours, Russian Tu-22M3 strategic bombers made flights to Dyagilevo airfield. It seems that at least 2 of these aircraft (one of which may have recently participated in far-northern training exercises) are armed with cruise missiles. Whether these were logistical movements or the aircraft will be used in the next combined missile attack against Ukraine remains unclear.

💥: Earlier today, Zhytomyr was again targeted by several drones and 3 Banderol cruise missiles.

- Ukrainian media says that the targets of this attack were "enterprise buildings."
- Russia is continuing to use a strategy that involves launching 3-4 Banderol missiles from Kursk to Zhytomyr around once a week.

⚠️: Kyiv is currently under attack by a large number of Geran-4 and Geran-5 jet-drones. Some are proceeding southwest towards Vasylkiv. The Odessa region, including the border settlement "Reni," is also under attack by drones.

🚀: A single drone has been flying around the outskirts of Lutsk and harassing Ukrainian air-defenses for the last 10 minutes.

UPDATE: It was shot down or impacted. The situation yet again triggered an air alert in Poland.

ℹ️: ~6 hours ago, at around 3:55 PM local time, an air alert was issued for the Odessa region. The alert ended at approximately 4:20 PM local time after the following Russian munitions attacked the area:

- ~15 Banderol cruise missiles
- Less than 5 drones of various types (including jet-drones)

The attack mainly consisted of Banderol missiles, though the Odessa region (including ships in the Black Sea) had been targeted by drones earlier in the day. Mykolaiv was also struck by ~4 Banderol missiles at a later time.

🚀: A group of new drones entered Ukraine from Bryansk a short time ago. These continuous attacks are expected to persist during the next few days. Russian drones were also present in the Volyn region, but there were no sirens in Poland this time.

🇵🇱: According to local media, a Starlink satellite base just 40 kilometers south of Warsaw suddenly erupted in flames on the evening of the 23rd of September.

- Authorities claim that an intentional act of sabotage may have occurred at the site.
- The base is reportedly used for improving internet connection between European nation's including Ukraine.
- Antennas and other devices were damaged.
