- The visit is labeled a "working visit," indicating that official discussions will be held between Belarus and Russia.
- Following the CIA director's visit to Moscow, speculation is building that Russia may be preparing to further escalate the war in Ukraine and the hybrid war against the west.
- As we noted in previous posts, it's possible that Belarusian territory may yet again be used by Russian missiles, drones, aviation, and possibly even troops in the near future.
- There are also concerns from the west that Russia may be preparing operations against Poland or the Baltic states.

💥: Monitors are currently reporting heavy Russian bombardment of the front line in the western Kharkiv direction (Slatyne and surrounding areas). Reconnaissance and strike UAVs are also active east of Kharkiv. The bombardment along the Kozacha Lopan-Slatyne village belt is likely a preparation before further offensive operations in this direction.

IN THE SPOTLIGHT:

ℹ️: The continued evolution of drone warfare in Ukraine.

- In the above video, a Ukrainian interceptor drone targets a Russian Geran-2.
- As if drone vs drone wasn't futuristic enough, the Geran-2 is also carrying 2 FPVs on its sides.
- We continue seeing the evolution of the role of drones in war, whether it be carrying FPVs or launching air-to-air missiles.
- Ukrainian media channels believe that Russia will increase the use of such "hybrid" drones.

ℹ️: The situation in Kherson city continues deteriorating for Ukraine, triggering new evacuation warnings.

- Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of regional military administration, released a statement today during which he encouraged civilians to prepare to evacuate the city due to damage that has occurred to electrical infrastructure.
- According to him, the main Kherson power plant was heavily damaged by recent Russian strikes.
- Due to Kherson's proximity to the front, it has become exceptionally difficult for Ukrainian authorities to repair and manage city infrastructure.
- Russia has also begun routinely targeting warehouses and markets in the region (Video).
- It is likely that at the current rate of attack, Kherson will soon become a ghost town.

ℹ️: Analyzing the Hwasong-11C, the Iskander-1000, and a potentially difficult upcoming winter for Ukraine.

- Today, Ukrainian media outlets citing the GUR claimed that Russia had recently utilized an upgraded version of the Iskander-M ballistic missile against Kyiv.
- It seems likely that this was the long-awaited Iskander-I/Iskander-1000/9M723-2 missile variant. If public information is accurate, the missile may have enough range to target western Ukrainian cities like Rivne.
- When we add this information to what is known about Russia's alleged acquisition of Hwasong-11C missiles, which have a reported range of 900 kilometers, it's clear that Russia intends to heavily escalate its strike campaign against western Ukraine during the winter.
- This situation may quickly turn into a disaster due to Ukraine's dire air defense shortage. Currently, a majority of Ukrainian anti-ballistic defense systems are located in Kyiv, which could leave western regions defenseless against long-range ballistics.
- The CIA director's visit to Moscow in recent days has also raised concerns that Russia is planning to deploy ballistic missile platforms to Belarus.
- If Russia has begun mass production of the Iskander-1000, we will likely see it incorporated on a large-scale as soon as a month from now.
- All eyes are on the winter as a new phase of escalation looms over Ukraine.

⚠️ There is a threat of additional Russian missile attacks on Ukraine during the next 48 hours.

Nausea Geopolitics | 24/7 🚀: It was likely maneuvering over Moldova before striking targets near the Ukrainian border. Otherwise, a new wave of strike drones is now approaching Kyiv from Chernihiv.
🇲🇩: Moldovan media channels have confirmed my earlier report. During today's attacks, a Russian drone briefly entered Moldova before striking Ukrainian territory.

- According to the channel, the drone flew over the settlement of Palanca before exiting Moldovan airspace from the settlement of Tudora.
- The drone then proceeded in the direction of the small Ukrainian village of Gradnita.
- During the last few weeks, Moldovan and Romanian authorities have continued raising complaints due to the increase in Russian drone incursions over their territory.

ℹ️ : During the night, Odessa Oblast was once again targeted by a massive Russian munitions strike. It's estimated that Russian forces utilized the following weapons against Odessa:

- ~2 Onyx cruise missiles.
- ~6 KAB glide bombs.
- ~12-13x Banderol cruise missiles.
- Over 60 drones of various types.

The munitions mainly targeted Chornomorsk, Mykolaiv, and regional port infrastructure. Since many channels don't write much about what happens in Odessa, I'd like to clarify that Russia is frequently using an enormous amount of drones and missiles against the region. This amount continues growing as Russian jets become increasingly comfortable with launching glide bombs from the Black Sea, and as Banderol cruise missiles become more available for use. Finally, Russian drones are continuing to utilize Moldovan airspace for strikes on Ukraine. A separate post will be made that regard shortly.
