- During the attack on the 7th of October, Russia only used about half of the ground-launched missiles that were accumulated at launch positions. Over 20 missiles of various types remain prepared for strikes that could happen at any moment.
- Geran-4/Geran-5 drones continued conducting reconnaissance flights deep into western Ukraine, indicating that future missile attacks might target western parts of the country. Today, Russian drones flew as far as Ivano-Frankivsk once again.
- Russia is likely planning to continue using its major drone advantage to hit dozens of targets throughout Ukraine daily. Geran-2 drones are now being utilized against energy infrastructure closer to front line areas where air defenses are minimal. As a result, cities like Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, and Sumy are likely to suffer heavily during the winter.
