Russian State Duma elections, the first exit polls indicate that the ruling party, United Russia, is leading with 49.4% of the vote according to a VCIOM poll and 52.8% according to an INSOMAR poll.
The Communist Party came in second place with 14.2% -14.8%, followed by LDPR with 10.7% - 9,9%, New People with 9.7% - 8,6% and A Just Russia with 6,6% - 5,5%.
Final participation rate was reported above 56%.

The Tianjin Declaration of September 2025 explicitly calls for the creation and modernization of international transport routes, with the China–Kyrgyzstan–Uzbekistan (CKU) railway at its core—a project discussed for over 25 years and finally under construction.
