🔆 Meet the new version: Multilogin 2.1.4 Deep Blue.
Many of our users have experienced problems with on-the-fly fingerprint adjustment mechanism which relies on a proxy checker. The problem was caused by a number of reasons including:
- Data centers blocking IP ranges of certain proxy providers
- Russian Federal Service for Supervision of Communications (Roskomnadzor) blocking IPs and DNS of Cloudflare
- The same entity (Roskomnadzor) blocking of many ranges and domains belonging to European data centers
This all has caused numerous problems with connectivity to our servers when proxies were used in a browser profile.
In the span of six days, we have completely reworked our connection mechanism. Now, when it cannot connect through standard means, it automatically seeks and chooses an alternative route. We have been testing this mechanism for the last 3 days and it solves problems for the absolute majority of users. If after installing 2.1.4 you continue experiencing connectivity issues, please contact customer support for an in-depth analysis.
Version 2.1.4 is as stable as version 2.1.3 with proxy connectivity issues resolved and a few additional improvements listed here below.
