Introducing Multilogin 2.2 BETA

In this version we completely reworked the proxy plugin system. Proxy plugins are components which are launched before browser start. They define how a connection should be established.

Proxy plugin POSSH (Proxy Over SSH) allows automatic deployment of SOCKS proxy servers on remote machines. It now uses new components for managing SSH connection. This should significantly improve the stability of connection when working over SSH.

Besides, the following problems were fixed for all versions of Multilogin:
- Fixed wrong Flash plugin status display problem
- Fixed browser icon not changing after browser profile migration to Mimic/Stealthfox
