流量由 12TB (OUT) -> 24TB (OUT)

Network upgraded from 100Mbps to 500Mbps
Traffic adjusted from 3TB (OUT) to 4TB (OUT)

2. DYNAMIC BUSINESS (HINET)
Traffic adjusted from 12TB (OUT) to 24TB (OUT)
