🇺🇸 South Texas Dockets Surge Again
Federal prosecutors filed 260 additional cases in the Southern District of Texas during the first week of October, according to Texas Border Business. The district covers key border corridors in South Texas and regularly handles immigration, smuggling, narcotics, and related federal prosecutions.
A rising case count is not border control. It usually means the pipeline is still full: more illegal entries, more smuggling referrals, more court churn after the fact. Washington loves docket statistics because they signal activity, but prosecutions downstream do little to break cartel logistics upstream or restore real sovereignty at the line.
