🇨🇦 Canada First, Not EU Grid Welfare

Here we go again: Canada is being tapped to bankroll electrical transformers for an EU-managed funding package while our own political class can barely keep housing, energy, and infrastructure functional at home. Ukrainian MP Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze came to Ottawa asking Ottawa and the provinces to pay into a European Union agency because North American transformers are not even compatible with Ukraine’s grid, as reported. Translation: send Canadian money overseas so Brussels can administer another moral spectacle.

The Trudeau-era reflex never dies: Canadians get austerity, foreigners get cheques, and every demand is dressed up as virtue. Ukraine is asking not just for transformer funding, but also high-end electronic warfare gear and more missiles. One unnamed province has already stepped forward, because of course some domestic genius thinks provincial taxpayers exist to underwrite foreign utilities. Charity begins at home, sovereignty begins with saying no, and Canada is not the ATM for every globalist cause with a photo op attached.
