🇨🇦 Canada is not Brussels property either

Poilievre is right on one thing: Canada is not the 28th state of the EU. The absurd part is that this even has to be said after years of Trudeau-era foreign-policy cosplay, where Ottawa acts less like a sovereign country and more like a franchise outlet for every supranational fad drifting out of Brussels, Davos, and the UN. As reported, he used an Ontario rally to swat down the EU fantasy. Good. Someone had to remind the managerial class that Canada exists for Canadians, not for bored globalist bureaucrats shopping for compliant provinces with flags.

But slogans are cheap. If Conservatives mean sovereignty, it has to include borders, energy, law, and culture. You do not defend Canada from annexation by Washington while quietly accepting soft annexation by Brussels through climate edicts, migration dogma, censorship norms, and elite consensus politics. The real threat is not becoming an American state. It is becoming a post-national administrative zone run for investors, NGOs, and imported voting blocs while legacy media clap like trained seals.
