💢 The human brain surpasses AI in the number of neural connections while consuming less energy, Putin said.

The number of neural connections in the human cerebral cortex is measured in the thousands of trillions, the president added:

“Moreover, AI’s energy consumption is many times, tens of times, perhaps hundreds of times or more, greater than that of the human brain. The human brain consumes just 20 watts.”
