9 октября завершилось значимое событие для нашей Лаборатории и всего радиобиологического сообщества: IX Съезд по радиационным исследованиям.
В заключительный день работы состоялись круглый стол «40-летие аварии на Чернобыльской АЭС - последствия и уроки» и церемония закрытия Съезда. Научная программа объединила около 270 докладов.
💭Своими впечатлениями поделилась участница секции «Радиационная физиология», доцент факультета медицины Белградского университета Sanja Zoran Despotovic:
«The conference was very well executed, showing the highest standards of organization. The organizing committee was precise, extremely responsible, friendly and accurate in managing every detail. The beautiful historical venue made this event really special! Furthermore, the social program, including the concert and dinners, was beautifully organized, adding value to the overall experience. A significant advantage of the conference was the provision of a translator for non-Russian speakers. Maybe a small suggestion could be that the translation service is available also on the thematic sessions, in addition to great plenary talks. The huge strength of this conference was also an active involvement of young scientists combined with the presence of experienced leaders in the field, which created an excellent environment for future collaboration.»
