The following changes to account types have been deployed to Lighter Core,

Standard Accounts:
- Latency: 300ms (taker), 300ms (cancel), 0ms (post-only)
- Fast withdrawals: $3 flat, where staking no longer waives this fee
- Active orders: 250 (total), 30 (per market)
- Pending orders: 50 (total), 10 (per market)
- New accounts will be able to create up to 4 sub-accounts

Plus Accounts:
- Fast withdrawals: 10 free per day, $1 flat afterwards
- Active orders: 750 (total), 250 (per market)
- Pending orders: 500 (total), 100 (per market)
- SendTx(Batch) limit set to 4000 per minute
- Read-only requests match those of Premium accounts, 24000 weighted per minute
- Traders can now create up to 16 sub-accounts

Premium accounts:
- Latency: 140ms (taker), for all tiers. Maker and cancel orders stay at 0ms
- Fast withdrawals: unlimited, free
- Active orders: 1500 (total), 1000 (per market)
- Pending orders: 1000 (total), 100 (per market)
- Traders can now create up to 64 sub-accounts, regardless of tier

Sub-accounts cannot be deleted, so they should be created with care, as switching to account types that allow fewer of them will not be permitted.

Changing account type is now permitted without having to close positions, or orders.

Additionally, public pools can now be created after reaching $10M in traded volume via a Plus o Premium account, without any sort of whitelist required.
