- @lighter_testnet (#testnet-updates on Discord) will be used to share testnet-specific updates, such as hard resets and upcoming features up for testing

Changes to endpoint weights:
- accountOrders and accountActiveOrders decreased from 300 to 100
- trades decreased from 600 to 200
- exchangeMetrics decreased from from 300 to 120
