We're changing the behavior of the trades endpoint: https://apidocs.lighter.xyz/reference/trades

• Current behavior: both sides of the trade are returned
• New behavior: some counterparty fields will be omitted

For example, if the account_index queried is the maker of the trade, the followings fields won't be returned anymore:

• TakerFee
• TakerPositionSizeBefore
• TakerEntryQuoteBefore
• TakerInitialMarginFractionBefore
• TakerPositionSignChanged
• IntegratorTakerFee
• IntegratorTakerFeeCollectorIndex
• TakerAllocatedMarginUSDCBefore
• TakerAllocatedMarginUSDCAfter

Moreover, only the last 3K trades will be retained, for a given account_index. The export endpoint will still allow to obtain the whole history: https://apidocs.lighter.xyz/reference/export.

The above changes will be effective starting June 7th, 2026 at 8:00 AM ET (timestamp: 1780833600)

Additionally, we have added the markPriceCandles endpoint, allowing users to fetch historical mark price candles: https://apidocs.lighter.xyz/reference/markpricecandles
