Recently the council of Europe has published new study about regional languages, which sounds encouraging:

💚 Regional languages such as Welsh and Basque became more used online! This means interest to those languages has risen
💚 Due to the fast widespread of the media projects people began to write more about their languages and distribute content that would help others to learn it
💚 Europe states that regional languages should be included into curriculum to provide support for their preservation
