The Kurdistan Region’s Ministry of Peshmerga Affairs denied reports that it has received any air-defense system.
The ministry said no official source had announced the arrival of such a system, calling the reports false.

Baghdad has been seeking systems to fill it, with estimates suggesting more than $10 billion may be needed for comprehensive coverage.
