🇺🇸🇮🇷☢️ Vance: Iran Must Significantly Cut Enrichment Capacity to End Conflict

U.S. Deputy Vice President Joe Vance told Reuters that a “significant” reduction in Iran’s uranium-enrichment capacity is a key U.S. condition for reaching an agreement with Tehran and ending the conflict.

Vance said Washington is seeking concrete action from Iran, rather than a future commitment to reduce enrichment.

He also confirmed that the U.S. and Iran have exchanged proposals in recent weeks for ending the conflict and fully reopening the Strait of Hormuz.

Trump has rejected Tehran’s latest proposal and warned that U.S. military operations could intensify after the November midterm elections.
