Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan have agreed to activate the Mecca Joint Defense Pact and deploy forces to Saudi Arabia amid ongoing Saudi-Houthi hostilities.

The joint statement said Pakistan and Turkey will take “necessary measures” to provide agreed military forces and ensure their rapid deployment to the Kingdom.
