200 trees were planted on Miştenûr Hill in memory of Arîn Mîrkan and Rêvana Kobanê.

Arîn Mîrkan was a YPJ commander remembered for her last stand on Miştenûr, where she detonated herself among advancing ISIS fighters during the 2014 defence of Kobanê, becoming one of the best-known symbols of the resistance.

Rêvana Kobanê was also a YPJ fighter who fell in the resistance.
