Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani, Prime Minister Masrour Barzani, Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani, and Minister of Peshmerga Affairs Shoresh Ismael, along with Iraqi officials and foreign diplomats, attended the ceremony in Erbil to announce the unification of the Peshmerga forces.
