So-called Syrian General Security forces (HTS terrorists) attempted to enter Panorama neighborhood of the Hasakah city, locals protested the move blocking roads and throwing stones at their vehicles.

Syrian general security forces withdrew from the residential areas to their designated headquarters and the protesters returned home.
