🚨 Air Marshal Ashutosh Dixit appointed next IAF Chief
He will take charge on 31 October 2026, succeeding Air Chief Marshal Amar Preet Singh.
An NDA alumnus, Dixit was commissioned into the IAF fighter stream in December 1986.
He has over 3,300 flying hours across 20+ aircraft types, including the Mirage 2000, MiG-21 and Jaguar, and is a qualified flying instructor and experimental test pilot.
