📌 Tehran, IRNA — The Iranian ambassador to Tajikistan and the Tajik Minister of Transport met and discussed ongoing cooperation in the fields of transport and transit, as well as ways to further develop and expand this collaboration.
Alireza Haqiqian, the ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Dushanbe, met and held talks with Azim Ibrohim, the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan, on Thursday, October 15, 2026.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed ongoing cooperation in the fields of transport and transit, as well as ways to further develop and expand this collaboration.
Pointing to the friendly and fraternal relations between Iran and Tajikistan, as well as the existing potential for expanding cooperation, the two sides emphasized the necessity of increasing bilateral engagement in this area.
