🤔 Apple ramps up work on AI devices

📰 According to Bloomberg, Apple is significantly expanding development of new AI-focused wearable gadgets:

• 👓 Smart glasses with a camera and microphone, allowing Siri to analyze visual context and interact with the real world.
• 📿 An AI pendant that can be clipped onto clothing or worn as a necklace — also equipped with a camera and Siri support.
• 🎧 AirPods with enhanced AI capabilities — reportedly featuring a low-resolution camera to “understand” the user’s surroundings.

🤖 All three devices are expected to rely on Siri (once they finally finish it) and use visual data to execute commands or provide contextual assistance.

🧲 This marks Apple’s broader push into hardware-based AI and competition with devices from Meta and other market players.

🔋 iOS 27 to boost @iPhone battery life

📰 Apple’s next major update won’t focus on flashy design – instead, it will prioritize a deep system cleanup:

🧹 Major code cleanup
Engineers will rewrite legacy components, remove outdated code, and optimize existing features – similar to what Apple did during the Snow Leopard era on the Mac.

💨 A faster, smoother system
iOS 27 is expected to feel noticeably more responsive and stable.

🔋 Battery life improvements
These optimizations could translate into real-world battery gains. It’s still unclear whether Apple will actively market this or let users discover the improvements themselves.

🍎 Minimal interface changes
No dramatic redesign is expected – after the major Liquid Glass overhaul in iOS 26, Apple will likely stick to subtle tweaks.

🤪 Focus on AI and hopes for the new Siri
The revamped chatbot-style Siri, originally announced back in 2024, will likely debut with iOS 27.

A rare case where “less show — more substance.”
