🌐 A guy on 𝕏 shared his experience of visiting a Google Store

🥴 The meme is that right at the entrance, visitors are greeted by a sign mocking the @iPhone.

😁 Given the recent news about Apple striking a $1B deal with Google, it feels like a double humiliation.

📰 Apple prepares satellite breakthrough for @iPhone, $1 billion Google deal, and budget MacBook

🛰 Mark Gurman says that Apple is actively developing satellite technology for the iPhone and Apple Watch, preparing for:
• Integration of satellite data transmission for third-party applications.
• Improved navigation in Apple Maps.
• Expanded multimedia file transfer.

📡 The company is also implementing 5G NTN technology to enhance cellular coverage via satellites.

🔍 At the same time, Apple is in talks with Google for a multi-billion dollar deal that involves using a custom version of the Gemini model in an updated version of Siri, which will significantly boost its intellectual capabilities.

💻 Additionally, Apple is developing the most affordable Mac in its history, targeting the mass market and educational institutions to compete with inexpensive Windows laptops and Chromebooks.

📰 Apple to disable Wi-Fi sync between iPhone and Apple Watch in Europe

🇪🇺 In the EU, the automatic Wi-Fi password sync between iPhone and Apple Watch will no longer work.
Why: Under the Digital Markets Act (DMA), Apple would be required to disclose internal connection mechanisms to third-party manufacturers. To maintain system security, the company chose to restrict this feature in Europe rather than open access to it.

📍 Starting with iOS 26.2, Wi-Fi sync will be disabled.
This means that when connecting to a new network, users will need to enter the password separately on both the iPhone and the Apple Watch. The only alternative for Apple was to provide Wi-Fi sync access to third-party accessory makers in the EU.

📰 Apple is preparing a new iPad Pro with vapor chamber cooling

👂 According to Bloomberg, the next generation of iPad Pro will feature a vapor chamber cooling system — similar to the one in the iPhone 17 Pro. This will allow the tablet to maintain high performance during heavy workloads such as video editing, 3D modeling, and rendering — making everything run more stable and faster.

💧 How does it work?
A liquid circulates inside the chamber: it evaporates when heated, moves to a cooler area, then condenses back into liquid — effectively carrying heat away from the processor.

📰 Meanwhile:
• Apple is testing ads in Apple Maps (similar to Google Maps).
• The 18" foldable iPad project is currently delayed due to durability issues with the flexible display.

🤓 Apple has shared a video tutorial on how to properly choose and wear one of the three bands for the Vision Pro

With the Dual Knit Band, a person looks as if they’re wearing a beanie.

💬 According to early feedback from owners of the new device, this option is more comfortable for long-term use. Although its built-in counterweight is still noticeable, due to the better weight distribution on the head it has become easier to look down without fearing that the device will slip off.

🤡 A meme that got out of hand: a guy named Sam Sung once worked at Apple

🥸 When he posted a photo of his business card — “Sam Sung, Apple Specialist” — on Reddit, he started getting removed from interactions with customers. For a while, Sam even introduced himself under a different name.

🧑‍⚖️ Eventually, he left the company, changed his last name to Struan, and his business card was sold at a charity auction.
