📰 According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, Apple has mapped out a detailed roadmap of releases for the next three years. New CEO John Ternus is reportedly leading the company's biggest hardware overhaul yet, with plans to break into several new device categories including foldable phones, smart glasses, and home robotics.
📅 September 9 – the headline reveal is expected to be a foldable "iPhone Ultra" starting around $2,000, alongside the first MacBook Pro with a touchscreen OLED display.
📅 2027 – Apple is said to be preparing display-free smart glasses to rival Meta, AirPods with built-in cameras for AI-powered assistance, and an anniversary iPhone with curved glass.
📅 2028 – on the roadmap: a desktop home robot featuring a screen mounted on a moving robotic arm.
🍂 As previously reported, Apple will also split its iPhone release schedule for the first time: flagship Pro models will keep their fall launch, while the standard iPhone 18 and budget 18e models move to a spring announcement.
